Day 1

We talk through your business, your customers, what you've got (logo, photos, copy), and what you don't. No pressure. You leave with a clear plan and pricing.

Kickoff & first concept

Days 2–7

Deposit cleared, content collected, and I send you a working homepage concept inside the live editor — so you're seeing the real thing, not a Figma mockup that won't look the same when built.

Two revision rounds

Days 7–14

You leave comments directly on the live preview. I refine layout, copy polish, integrations (booking widget, OpenTable, quote form), and we pressure-test every page on mobile.

Launch & handover

Day 14–21

DNS goes live, schema validates, GA4 fires, GBP syncs, and Search Console is submitted. Standard Starter clients get a 1-hour training Zoom. Then your monthly care plan kicks in.

Roles & responsibilities

What I handle vs
what you bring.

Before we kick off, here's exactly who's responsible for what. The faster you get me your stuff (Day 1–7), the faster the site launches.

You bring

  • Business info: name, address, phone, hours, services
  • Logo (or commission one as a $200–$600 add-on)
  • Photos: up to 20 images, ideally yours, or stock works
  • Copy for each page (or commission writing at $30–$100/page)
  • Existing accounts: Google Business Profile, Instagram, booking-system credentials
  • Brand preferences: colours, fonts, sites you admire
  • Feedback within 5 business days of each design preview

I handle

  • Design, layout, responsive build
  • All integrations (booking widget, forms, payment, multilingual)
  • On-page SEO, LocalBusiness schema, GBP sync
  • AODA-aware build (WCAG 2.0 AA best practices)
  • Hosting, SSL, CDN, daily backups, DDoS protection
  • GA4 install and Search Console submission
  • DNS configuration and launch coordination
  • Ongoing care via your monthly plan after launch
Realistic timeline

If everything's ready Day 1: 14 days for Founding, 21 days for Standard.

If you're scrambling for photos or rewriting copy as we go, add another 1–2 weeks. The single biggest time-sink is content. The clients who launch fastest are the ones who batch-collect their photos, write their copy, and gather their brand assets before we even start. If you're not there yet, that's fine. Copywriting and photo-direction add-ons exist for exactly this reason.
